Najma Sharif

Najma Sharif is a Somali-American writer of essays and criticism.

Her work has appeared in print and online in The Fader, Nylon, PAPER, Teen Vogue, VICE, Bitch Media, and other outlets, as well as the anthology Halal if You Hear Me. She’s currently guest editing the second volume of Reconstructed Magazine and working on a series for Walker Reader called Image Culture.
