Victoria is a Chinese American science fiction and fantasy author currently residing on the West Coast of the United States. She spent a formative decade in Hong Kong, and has also lived in Texas, Massachusetts and the Midwest.
When she’s not writing, Victoria is a mental health provider, avid consumer of SFF television and film, and all-round aquarium enthusiast.
