Jorjeana Marie

Jorjeana Marie is an award-winning voice-over actress, stand-up comedian, playwright, screenwriter, and improv instructor. She has voiced hundreds of audiobooks and won multiple Earphones Awards and a prestigious Audie in the Young Adult category and is named year after year one of the best voices by AudioFile Magazine. She has done stand-up at The Improv and Catch a Rising Star working with the biggest names in comedy. Jorjeana currently writes for Disney’s ‘Mickey and The Roadster Racers’ as well as a forthcoming animated show on Cartoon Network. After learning the craft of improv and story personally from legends like Robert McKee and the late Gary Austin (founder of The Groundlings), she has worked as an improv instructor at CBS/Scriptwriter’s Network, libraries, colleges and performing arts schools nationwide.

Jorjeana splits her time between New York and Los Angeles and is currently working on her first book, Improv for Writers, for Ten Speed Press, an imprint of Penguin Random House.
