2015 had a few interesting twists and turns, but at least it gave me another great client to represent. Yes, I’ve partnered with Tracy St. John, the phenomenal author of the bestselling Clans of Kalquor science fiction erotic romance series and the Netherworld paranormal romance series!
I was an avid reader of Tracy’s work long before we connected on the business front. You see, agents are readers. We buy books just for the fun of reading great stories. We get wrapped up in characters, and we scream/cry/laugh right along with every other fan. The difference, of course, is someone like me (a new agent building her list) now pays even closer attention to what’s on my e-reader.
