Carl Vonderau

Carl Vonderau is the author of Murderabilia, a thriller that takes place in the upper crust world of private banking. It won the Lefty and San Diego Book Awards. His next suspense/thriller will be published in 2023. Carl’s books take place in the financial industry, where he had a long career in several countries. That career enabled him to live and work in Latin America, Canada, and North Africa. He’s put his foot in his mouth in Spanish, French and Portuguese.

Nonprofit work also inspires Carl. He is the president of Partners in Crime San Diego, the local chapter of Sisters in Crime. Additionally, he volunteers with Social Venture Partners, an organization that helps other nonprofits build their infrastructure and activities
