Kellye Garrett

Kellye Garrett is the author of Like A Sister. The suspense novel was featured on the TODAY show, was a Book of the Month April 2022 selection, shortlisted for the Edgar Award and won the Anthony Award. She also wrote the Detective by Day mysteries, which have won the Anthony, Agatha, Lefty and IPPY awards and been featured on the TODAY show as a Best Summer Read. She serves on Sisters in Crime’s national board and is a co-founder of Crime Writers of Color. Kellye Garrett (and/or her writing) has been featured in LA Review of Books, NPR, Writers Digest, Bustle, The Tampa Bay Times, CrimeReads, Goodreads (where she is a mystery columnist) as well as the Shelf Addiction, Crime Writers of Color, and Writer’s Bone podcasts.
